| Help: How to Order a Quote? |
| Click "Place an Order" on the Homepage to go Step 1 of
Quote. |

| Step 1 of 5 : Select a Quote to Order |

Enter the part number and/or the quote number and/or the dates and quote dates
to find your saved quote.

Click the "Get Quote" button when you are done entering all the required
information. Your saved quote should be returned. If your quote is not found,
re-try using additional information or contact EI's sales team for assistance
at sales@eiconnect.com
or 800.364.4844.

The result of your saved quote will be listed in your search results.

Click "Select" on the quote you want to order.

| Step 2 of 5 : Select an Items to Order |

This step displays your Quote Details, Items Saved and Board Specification.
|

Click on "Select" for the row of the item you want to order.
|

Verify the board specification matches your design. If it is different please
go back and create a new quote.

If you want to order a different quantity, or change the lead time for the same
board parameters, then you need to create a new quote.

| Step 3 of 5 : Enter Billing and Shipping
Information |

Enter your purchase order number and promotion code, if any apply.
|

Verify the order details.
|

Choose the shipping carrier and service in the Shipping Details section. You
can select a shipping address from the multiple shipping addresses available.
To create/modify/erase a shipping address click "Add/Edit/Delete."

Enter the payment information requested by using a credit card or P.O. number.
|

| Step 4 of 5 : Verify Information and Upload Files |

Upload your files by selecting the file using the "Browse" button if you
uploaded the file before.

Verify your Order Details, Order Item, Payment Information, Billing Address,
Shipping Address, and Board Specification for the order.
|

If all the information is correct you can place the order by clicking "Submit
an Order" button or else click "Edit Information" to go back to Step 3.

| Step 5 of 5 : Order Confirmation |

This is a confirmation message for your online order.
|

Save/Print the order number and details for your future reference with EI about
your order or to track your order online.
