Position : Sales and Marketing Executive

Description : * Formulates, implements and administers the company's Tactical sales and marketing plans
* Directs and coordinates the Sales activities
* Drive Sales activity at the existing key accounts and follow up with inactive and new customers.
* Maintains and expands customer base by counseling direct sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key executives at strategic clients; identifying new customer opportunities.
* Drive existing sales representative to meet sales quota and recruit sales representative to cover new territory.
* Communicates customer needs and issues with Quality, Manufacturing and/or administrative personnel as needed.
* Achieve sales and margin objectives; preparing and completing action plans; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; implementing change.
* Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements : * Meeting sales goals, motivation for sales, territory management, presentation skills, performance management, building relationships, emphasizing excellence, negotiation, results driven, sales planning, managing profitability.
* Technical sales and marketing experience in the PCB electronics industry a plus.
* BA/BS degree is required preferably in engineering; MBA a plus.
